The Feelings Board is a fridge-safe emotional check-in tool designed to help children — and adults — express how they feel without needing the right words.

Printed in-house on durable A5 magnetic board, it comes with a set of transparent magnetic pins (choose the number you need). Each person in the family gets a pin and uses it to “register” their emotional state by placing it over the feeling that best represents them.

Whether you’re overwhelmed, calm, angry, excited, or flat-out exhausted, this board gives everyone a gentle way to stay connected — and be seen.

How It Works

• Place the board on your fridge or any magnetic surface
• Assign each person a coloured pin
• Each morning (or anytime things feel wobbly), everyone places their pin on the emotion they’re feeling
• You can leave it there for the day or check in again after school, bedtime, etc.
• Talk about the families emotional state - if it feels right to do so.

This small routine builds emotional awareness, reduces tension, and opens the door to healthy conversations — even if they don’t happen right away. There’s no pressure to explain or fix anything. This tool simply makes emotions visible, so they don’t stay bottled up or go unnoticed.
